At Shemss, every detail matters. From curated home plans to premium materials, we ensure a seamless, transparent experience. These Terms and Conditions define your rights and responsibilities when engaging with our products and services. By using Shemss, you agree to the terms below.

Seamless Transactions. Clear Policies.

Shipping & Delivery

Digital Goods

• Instant Access. Your purchase is delivered instantly via a personalized, trackable download link.
• No Shipping Fees. Digital goods are always delivered electronically at no extra cost.
• Worldwide Availability. While available globally, Shemss home plans are provided in English and use the Imperial measurement system.
• Customs & Taxes. Shemss is not responsible for additional import duties or taxes applied in your country.

Physical Goods

• Fast Processing. Orders ship within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
• U.S. Shipping Only. At this time, we do not ship physical products internationally.
• Real-Time Tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
• Lost or Damaged Items. Shemss is not liable for transit-related damages. For claims, contact the shipping carrier and retain packaging as proof.

Returns & Refunds

Digital Products

• All Sales Are Final. Due to their nature, digital goods cannot be returned or exchanged.

Physical Products

• Hassle-Free Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Refund Options. Choose from store credit, product exchange, or a full refund to your original payment method.
• Final Sale Items. Discounted products cannot be returned. All items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

To initiate a return:

2. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.

Licensing & Intellectual Property

Home Plan License

• Purchasing a Shemss Model grants you a non-transferable, single-use license to construct one structure as per the design.
• Additional builds require a separate license.

Copyright Protection

• All designs, content, and architectural plans are protected under U.S. copyright law.
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in penalties of up to $100,000 per violation.

Additional Terms

• Building Code Compliance. It is your responsibility to ensure the purchased plan complies with local zoning & construction laws. Consult your builder and local authorities before starting your project.
• Terms Updates. We may modify these terms as needed. The latest version will always be available at www.shemss.com/terms.
